Twin Fun!

Leighton and Landon came into the studio this morning for a fun six month shoot.  They were adorably sweet and we even got some little nakie pictures before their individual shoot.  They lasted a long time for six month olds....

...and Leighton decided it was naptime!

Baby Noah...

This little man came into the studio today for his newborn shoot and he had a different idea about what was going to happen.  He decided he wanted to be awake and eating, so after some coaxing from mom, we got this little cherub to sleep and I got to play.  His long limbs and body made folding him in half perfectly sweet!  Here's a peek for mom and dad whose wedding I photographed back in 2007.

Chicago Babies!

Aside from visitng my friend in South Bend, I was able to fit in a few babies. 

The first baby is little Moriah.  She is a sweet little pumpkin and slept perfectly for her shoot.  I had the privilege of photographing her mommy and daddy as they were engaged and at their wedding.  She popped her eyes open just at the end so we could get a few with her intently looking into the camera:

Evan was my second little subject.  He was 3 weeks old and did a great job of sleeping the first half of the shoot and being awake the second half.  He did such a good job as being a little model.  This was such a special shoot because his mommy was in the hospital due to complications from her c-section so knowing how much she wanted to be there holding her little guy made this hard and important.  I hope she enjoys this little peek at her sweek little boy! 

Baby James & Big Sister Janelle

So I just got back from a trip to Chicago/South Bend this weekend as I went to visit one of my best friends who just had her second baby.  He was born on February 5th and I got to get my hands on him all little, sleepy & cuddly at just 6 days old.  I used the natural light in their home and got some beautifuls shots of his 'smallness'.  Even though big sister was a bit under the weather while I was there, I pulled her in for a few photos too!  Here's a peek for my friend, enjoy!

Elana is One!!!

She's a regular on my blog and I'm sad to see that's she's already one year old!  This little blonde haired beauty came into the studio and got right to playing and being silly.  She was such a fun little subject and busy to boot.  The thing about one-year-olds is that they don't sit still for too long!  Here's a peek from our photo shoot:

Brooks & Brynn

These two little dark haired sweeties came into the studio for a photoshoot and I had such fun playing with them and capturing those beautiful dark eyes. Mr Brooks just turned one so he brought along his new race car! Big sister and her adorable curls was hamming it up. Here's a few from our shoot!

Katie & Aaron 1.30.10

Saturday was a fabulous wedding in West Point, NE.  Katie and Aaron has a beautiful winter day...the sun was out and the bride looked gorgeous.  Katie and I  have been talking about her photos and her wedding day forever and I can't believe that day came and went.  I really enjoyed capturing the day for her, knowing how passionate she feels about pictures.  Here's a peek Katie!
