Meet Zoey...

This little peanut is the daughter of Jim and Ashley( a wedding couple of mine, and cousins) and she came in at just 8 days old.  She was a fabulous little model.  Once she had a full little tummy, she slept away!  She let me play and mom and dad got to watch.  I even caught a big ole smile with mommy and daddy!

What is Metal Art?
Unless you've been in the studio in the last two months, you probably haven't seen these yet, but i am very excited to offer a contemporary take on the Canvas Gallery wrap.  These pieces are made out of aluminum.  The surface is layers with white ink and then the image is printed on the white base to provide a modern and long lasting art piece.  These also come ready to hang with brackets on the back.  Images may also be black and white, color or aged.  On these, the image does NOT wrap around the edge, but instead you'll see the aluminum on the edge about 1" deep.

These come in four sizes only
16x16  normally $300 now $240
20x20 normally $325 now $260
16x24 normally $350 now $280
20x24 normally $375 now $300

Feel free to set up a time to stop by and view these pieces.  They're definitley a conversation piece!

Fine Art Murals
These are similar to the wraps above but instead are printed on brushed aluminum tiles that split the image on to 4-12 panels and come back together to form a mural.  There are also four sizes and they can be printed vertical or horizontal.

These also come ready to hang, and once mounted they hang about 1" off the wall.
These come if four sizes only and we will work together to find the image that will work with the split tiles.
24x24 normally $350 now $280
24x36 normally $475 now $380
24x48 normally $600 now $480

Michelle & Ryan

I met Michelle back when my husband started working at UP about 7 years ago.  I was so excited when these two asked me to shoot their wedding this summer.  I was even more excited when they said they really wanted outside pictures in the snow.  Unfortunatley it wasn't snowing yesterday but they were up for just about anything!  This first storyboard definitley shows their personality...

Then we headed outside for some winter fun!

Betsy & Patrick

Betsy & Patrick are planning a spring wedding in Omaha and wanted to have their engagement session done in the snow.  We lucked out with the beautiful frost on the trees yesterday morning!  I has so much fun getting to know these two and seeing how they click.  It's always fun getting to know my couples during engagement shoots and knowing what makes them laugh (then I get to pull it out of the wedding day!)  Here's a sneak peek for them!

Claire is 6 months!

Miss Claire came into the studio this morning for her six month shoot and she was super duper smiley!  It was cracking me up how big her smile was and how long she would hold it.  I love this age as they are so easy to make happy.  It was definitley obvious when she was done though!  She let me know it... Here's a feew from our shoot...

Kerrington is Six Months

Today was Miss Kerrington's six month shoot and she did fabulous.  It was my first "home" shoot in quite a while and it was so fun to get out and "find the light" and use new space for the backdrop.  Her home was the perfect setting with the neutral decor with pops of color!  She was a trooper and let us do a few outfit changes. She is halfway through her first year and I can't believe how much she's changed.  Check out her newborn and 3 month shoot  too..

Welcome Baby Thomas!

Yesterday I got to do a newborn shoot for my cousin.  This is her second little boy and big brother Will was such a good boy!  After a nice full tummy, little Thomas slept the whole shoot like a champ.  It was also so nice to get time to catch up on chit chat with their mommy whose been my friend since high school...

Tessa-4 months

I got to play with little Tessa the other day and she was such a dolly.  She's already 4 months old and though her big brother wasn't interested in taking pictures, she was happy and easy-going.  We even got a few with mommy!!!

Big girl...sitting up!

Here is miss Olivia, and if you are a follower, you've already seen her twice.  Thats because she's doing my first year plan and now she's 6 months old.  She is getting so big and sitting up which is why I think the six month shoot is so fun!  Here's few from our shoot.  Here mommy had some fun picking out her outfits!

and then darn it, we forgot the hat that went with the first outfit so she was a trooper and changed back into it for a few more shots!
