I had my first engagement session of the 2009 season earlier today and it was fantastic! Zach and Wendy are planning an early June wedding so we set out to get some engagement shots for them. We ventured out to the old downtown Elkhorn to get some more "urban" shots then headed to Lake Zorinsky for some outdoor shots. They were so natural together and I had fun getting to know them as a couple. I can't wait for their wedding. Here's a peek from today!

The Final Rep
So a previous 'groom' of mine is working with a great company in Omaha, The Final Rep, http://www.beconfidentlyfit.com/, and they are developing their website and I got the privilege of taking their team photographs today. The Final Rep is a great group of fun and professional personal trainers that bring fitness to you!
I took some of Alex last month and here's a few shots that you'll also see on his website www.thefinalrep.com/aschutzenhofer I will get a few of the "team" shots up later once they decide what they are using. I had a ton of fun with them today.

Here's Kate and she's one and she came into the studio today for her big first birthday shoot. It took a bit to get her warmed up but I had a ton of fun playing with her and chasing her around. I hadn't seen Kate since she was about 4 mos old so it was fun to see her toddling around. So big and so cute! Happy first birthday Kate! Here's a sneak peek for mommy and daddy:
And finally with a birthday cake! I love one-year-olds for this reason, setting a big 'ole cake in front of them to see what they do! Isn't this an adorable cake? (Thanks hubby!)

Two-for-One!
So I just got back from doing a little belly shoot at my friend, Katie's, house and I had to get posting. She is due with twin girls and they should arrive next week! I can't wait for their first photo shoot, but in the meantime I talked Katie into letting me come over and capture her "bump" here's a few from the shoot. We even got "big brother" Simon to give his little sisters some lovin'. I also love how in the last picture of the first set she's pulling her shirt down cause it doesn't cover her belly :) If you've ever been pregnant you know how that goes!!! Imagine how your clothes fit with 2 in there!
I Love my Job! Thanks Katie for letting me play!!!

Kelleigh + Andy 3.21.09
What a PERFECT way to start out wedding season this year for me. Saturday we had beautiful weather and for Kelleigh and Andy it had to be the perfect day. I had so much fun with them and their wedding party the day just flew by. I took the wedding party to Lanoha to shoot some outdoor photos and they enjoyed a great reception at Indian Creek. Here's a peek for when they return from their honeymoon! See their slideshow!
Thanks for allowing me to be a part of all the fun!!!
Sam's a big brother!
I had another "big brother" shoot today with Sam and his new little playmate-Charlie. I was so proud of Sam for doing such a great job holding his little brother! (It must have been the big brother shoes :) ) Mr. Charlie had his own agenda today but thanks to mom and dad's patience and Sam's love for all things train we were able to get some great images of the new little one. I just love capturing babies!!!
Thanks again! Here's a little peek:

Brevin's big shoot!
I got to meet new little friends today! Koby brought in his new little brother, Brevin (with mommy and daddy's help) as well as grandma for his first photo shoot. He was only 6 days old and after getting a few shots with the two boys and sending big brother off to lunch with Grandma(great idea by the way) Brevin relax and fell right asleep and I was able to get so many of these fun "holding" pictures I love!!! I always have to thank the moms and dads who are so patient with me (and their child) and letting me get the shots I want! :)
Madeline & Nicholas
Madeline and Nicholas came into the studio yesterday morning all ready to go! Madeline got to wear her pretty new dress and showed me how she can dance and sing. Nicholas was all smiles in his little sweater and even in his diaper, but he definiltey let me know when he was done! I had fun playing and trying to remember my days as a preschool teacher for miss Madeline.
3 months old!
