We met for Bronx's 8 month shoot and Ashtyn's 3 year shoot down at the new Turner Park at Midtown Crossing. I had not been there before but daddy helped to design the space so it was fitting to shoot there. It was a bit muggy and hot, but we found some shade and some beautiful textures and backgrounds to make the shoot a success. These two are just adorable and have the most beautiful blue eyes!

Peter the eighth
This sleepy little chunk is my newest nephew and is number eight in his family. With that being said, he can sleep through ANYTHING...in fact mommy says he only opens his eyes about two times a day. He was only 13 days old here and let me mold him and position him any way I wanted. I love his cheeks!!!
George
This is little Mr George and he is the newest son of a dear friend of mine. He was such a good little model and just slept right through the shoot. We got big brother Ben in for a few too before the toys started calling his name!

Happy Anniversary!
Last weekend I had the pleasure of photographing one of my wedding couples on their one year anniversary. Megan, the beautiful bride, played with the traditional "Paper" gift for a first wedding anniversary and decided to schedule a photo shoot as a gift to her husband on their anniversary. Here's a peek back at their beautiful wedding day images. Their adorable little dog got to come along and I really had so much fun with them. I love getting to see my couples again!
Bronson- 8 months
Mr. Bronson was such a happy little guy for his 8 month shoot. He has the sweetest eyes and he thought my Elmo impression was pretty funny! It was a warm day out so we decided to do more indoor shots with the natural light. Here's a few of my favorites....

Denny & Renee
What a special wedding to be witness to.... Denny and Renee were married at St. Vincent de Paul with a fabulous reception at Champions Run this past Saturday and it turned out to be a gorgeous day! It was such a family affair with their children as their attendants and all of their close family and friends there to witness and celebrate with them!
Red soled Louboutins
What an adorable couple....

Kellie & Jeff 07.03.10
This last Saturday I headed down to Lincoln for Kellie and Jeff's wedding and though the clouds threatened to pour on us, they waited until we were safely inside before doing their thing. It was such a beautiful day for them and they were surrounded by such a loving family. It was a significant day for them too because it is the anniversary of the day Kellie was adopted from Korea and placed in her parents arms. The special touches included a Korean dinner, Korean take out boxes for the "Candy Buffet" and a special video highlighting the day she was brought home. One of my other favorite details of her wedding were her fabulous blue shoes!
and who wore it better???
Happy Birthday Miss Kerrington!
I guess I didn't realize how many newborns Ii was shooting this time last year, but Ii can not believe how many of my little ones are turning ONE! I'm sad that Ii won't be seeing this little one every 3 months but she put on a show for her last photo shoot during her first year. She got to wear lots of outfits cause mommy brought them all and made me decide :) We even ended up doing some cake action which turned out to be pretty cool because the green and pink frosting turned purple when she rubbed it all over her face. Watch out world!
The Daytons
I really enjoyed taking pictures for this family. They were so easy-going and fun. They were up for a little walk down the trail, even if it was a little warm out last Friday night. They even postponed dinner for the shoot (which made me nervous because hot, hungry adults is never a good combo!) We were able to get lots of combinations in and done before they melted.... Here's a peek!
