I donated a session to the Aldrich Elementary School's fall festival and the winners were the Fields Family! We got their session done last week and the kiddos were great! Mom let me take them down the trails of Zorinsky for their photo shoot while she stayed by the car which is really great because I can get the kids loosened up and natural and mom and dad get a surprise when they see all their images...and really, I love surprises!!! Here's a peek for them!

Seth & Julia
Last week I also met up with Seth, Julia and their mommy at Lanoha for their 3-year-old photoshoot. I've taken their pictures a few times before but never just the two of them! This was their special shoot and I just ran along after them exploring and finding new things to see. Here's a few from the shoot. In the last one I think they were being tigers...or maybe pumas!
Cindi & Mark
Last week I met up with Cindi and Mark and his two boys for a fun shoot downtown. We got in some family pictures with the boys as well as some adorable images to capture their engagment! It was a perfectly lit evening and I really enjoyed getting to know them as a couple. My stomach hurt at the end from laughing so much!!! Here's the peek you've been waiting for...and sorry Cindi about the last one....I had to!!! :)

little miss kerrington is already 3 mos!
I can't believe how fast time flies, I am late blogging this AND she is already 3 months old. It was like yesterday when she was a newborn and testing me as a photographer! Her shoot went great! She was a big girl and didn't cry or fuss, she posed just like I asked her to and even let me and her mommy chat while she took a nap! Sorry these it took me so long to get these up Jess!

New little Sloan
I met Sloan this weekend and she has the most beautiful little lips. Her mommy and daddy were just in a few weeks ago photographing the belly bump and now she's here! I know grandparents are anxious to see some pictures so here are just a few of my favorites. There are quite a few from this shoot, we got great ones with mom and dad and even the whole family, doggie included. She ended the shoot covering mom in baby poo and pee....it was quite the ending!!!
Janelle is One!
I was so excited when my friend (now from Indiana) coming to visit baby Tessa (who is another friend of mine) decided to bring her little one so I could take pictures again. It has been six months and she has gotten so big. She has an adorable disposition and the cutest little smile. We even got her a little cake to dive into. I know grandparents are waiting for a sneak peek so here it is!

The Chase Family
Sunday Morning I met up with the Chase Family at the golf course. It was a beautiful morning and so fun to meet this new family. I had donated a family session to a silent auction at our family church and they won. Their two little boys had the sweetest little faces and I loved the lighting. Here's a few from our morning..

Baby Girl is here...
This weekend I got to photograph my friends new baby. It's their first and they've waited for her for so long. I'd like to introduce you to Brady June. She is adorably sweet and did such a great job during her first photo shoot. She slept like a good little baby model should and she let me do all kinds of crazy things with her! These are a few of my favorites, there's lots, but I can only post a few!
Megan & Lance 9.4.09
This past Friday, I got to photograph Megan and Lance's wedding and the weather was BEAUTIFUL! It worked out perfectly for me because it was a Friday night wedding, and they didn't see each other before the ceremony....we got to head to a nearby park separately and do pictures with the guys and girls. After the ceremony, we took a short stop at Regency Lake and headed to their reception at Regency Lodge. I completely loved Megan's looks. She had one for the first part of the day through the ceremony, and then she had her hair put up and had her "reception" look. I loved it all, especially the flowers...aren't they gorgeous??? Here's a peek...

Seph - class '10
Seph came in Monday night for his Senior session and he was adorable. I know that he probably, like most guys, just wanted to get them over with, but I really enjoyed photographing him. We did some in the studio and then headed down to the trail for some 'end of the day' lighting which I had fun playing around with! Enjoy your senior year Seph, it's going to fly by!

Sweet face..
I couldn't get over Malorie's sweet little face. She showed up to the session with her mommy and sister Sadie, in her bright red top and matching shoes a little unsure. In no time I had her smiling and playing while here mom and sister hung back a bit. I was so drawn to her bright blue eyes, long hair and freckles(though I may be a bit partial to freckles myself!) In no time, I had so many adorable shots I was happy! Oh, and then mom pulled out this sweet little white hat! I'm envious, I could not pull off that look! Here's a few favorites!
Tessa's here
One of my very good friends had her first little girl last week and I am so excited to have been able to take her first photographs. She was such a sweet little pea and her big brother Brody was so good with her. Here's a few pics of the new little family....
