5 Years and the boys

I thought I would share a few recent pictures of my family as I am always capturing other peoples familes. John and I just recently celebrated our 5 year anniversary so, here we are-

I also want to share a few pictures of my little guys I took with all my new studio lighting. Jack and Leo might be a bit hammy!

Finally, Jack was in a wedding recently, so I took a few of him in his tux too! He was very excited about this and didn't want to take it off.

Baby Logan

Meet Logan, this little sweetie was only 5 weeks old on the day of his shoot and he did a great job! He was awake for the first half and asleep for the second half. This little guys is the son of one of my college roomates so it was fun to see her as well and catch up!

Wildhagen Family

Last Sunday I had the pleasure of joining this fun family out at their home to get an updated family photo. As they finished getting ready I noticed it's been a while, so I was excited to capture a new one with their new additions. I loved how close they were and how everyone got to be in a picture with the baby! He looks like a lucky little guy! Here's a few from our shoot:

Jessica & Matt

Jessica and Matt got married on a beautiful day. I wanted to put up a few pictures from their day because it was perfect! The church they were married in had so many wonderful backdrops for me to play around with. I especially loved the doors to the sanctuary and all the cute little kids in their wedding party! The Girls...

So, I haven't done pictures of my nieces in apparently 2 years (I guess it's been busy!) so I figured it was time to take them out on a shoot again. I got to take three of my nieces around Lincoln and took shots of them together and separate. We all giggled a lot and had a fun time. I also took their youngests sisters 18 month pictures in my studio. Now all I have left is their 3 brothers and I'm all caught up! Here's a few of the girls-

Josh

Josh is a senior this year in Lincoln and I went to his home and we took photos in and around their house which is complete with a pond. We even got his hunting dog in a few shots. Here's a few from our shoot:

Holiday 2008

As August is in full swing, I want to get you to start thinking about the upcoming holiday season; particularly Custom Holiday Cards. I know it may seem early but start thinking about scheduling your photo session now to check that off your list which can get pretty long come November. To get you interested, I will be offering specials each month so check back during the month your session is scheduled and please make sure to mention the offer. Here are some deadlines to help you in your planning;

September 15-
All holiday cards ordered before Monday, September 15 will receive a 10% discount

October 1-
All holiday cards ordered before Wednesday, October 1 will receive a 5% discount

November 23-
Portrait sessions for holiday orders must be scheduled on or before Sunday, November 23.
(all sessions scheduled after this date will have an additional charge of $75)

November 30-
Holiday orders including custom holiday cards, photographic prints, and wall portraits must be ordered on or before Sunday November 30th.

December 1-
There will be a 50% rush fee for all orders placed after December 1. This includes custom holiday cards as well as photographic prints

December 10-
The absolute deadline for rush orders to have by Christmas, no exceptions!

Studio Closed-
The studio will be closed December 17 through January 7th, 2009 to spend time with my family!
