McKenna {2 years}

Most beautiful ocean-blue eyes...I love this little ones eyes.  She gets them from her mama.  We met for their annual shoot in old downtown Elkorn.  It was a beautiful day out and with a 2 year old, sometimes it's a gamble on how cooperative they'll be.  I always tell parents to bring along some snacks and drinks hoping it'll help in some way if were stuck.  I was so thankful when she responded so well to M&M's!  We even got her to press her hands together and say "please" for them, I love it!

Aubrey and Avery are already 9 months old and so we headed out to the park for their photoshoot!  They were so adorable and I loved their little outfits.

Ashtyn & Bronx

I am always so excited to see these two little cuties and how their dressed!  Miss Ashtyn has changed so much since I first started photographing her and today, she was all about modeling!  On the other hand, Bronx wasn't really into me taking his picture...but I tricked him a little ;)

Huber Family

We met at Elmwood Park for our evening photoshoot and unable to dodge the heat of the summer, we went for it.  During the course of our shoot, we realized that I had taught swim lessons to one of their girls about 15 years earlier...small world!  They were such a nice family to photograph, even for some of my sillier ideas.  Thanks for a fun evening!

David and Lena

Mama is a dear friend of mine whom I have grown close with after my father passed away and some of our chats have meant the world to me...They live on the East Coast and visit once or twice a year, but I was overjoyed when she asked me to photograph her two children.  Aren't they adorable?

Happy Birthday Ray!

Another little "Sweetness" man celebrates his 1st birthday!  We met at the OPPD Arboretum for his morning shoot and other than a little humidity it was a wonderful shoot.  I can't believe how fast this year has gone...It seems like yesterday I was shooting his mama awaiting his arrival!

Cameron {6 months}

Mr Cameron is a "Sweetness" member and we met at Zorinsky Lake for his 6 month shoot.  He handled the heat well and thought mommy and daddy were pretty funny!

Jared and John

These are my cousins boys and the reason I took a trip to Spalding, Ne to visit!  These two are going to be seniors this coming school year and I was honored to photograph them.  I really enjoyed scoping out the town and finding places to shoot...here's a peek:

Brynn & Addy

This was another shoot I did during my trip to Spalding (where I grew up visiting my Grandparents).  These two little sweetie pies met me for an early morning photoshoot with mommy and daddy.  It was a humid morning, but they did a great job, even lasting through some shots with their cousins!

Giggling kiddos

I was able to photograph this adorable four-some during my trip to Spalding, NE in July.  They definitely had the giggles, especially after an unexpected toot that started the shoot.  This little girl will definitely have her protectors when she gets older...her brothers just love her!

Happy Birthday Abby

Miss Abby turned one and on her last trip back to visit Grandpa and Grandma, we were able to sneak in her first birthday shoot!  She was such a little dolly, throwing me some "attitude" only little girls can.  I loved watching her expressions listening to mama sing.  Other than the humidity and heat, it was a perfect night!
