Patrick & Corinne 06.04.11

I have to say, The Joslyn Art Museum is one of my favorite wedding venues.  It has beautiful natural light, gorgeous stone walls and perfect architectural elements to incorporate into my images.  Patrick and Corinne had a beautiful day Saturday.  You could feel the love between them...they were all smiles!  I want to share some images that I immediately fell in love with while downloading their day.  Here we go...

Kalan and Brody

I met Kalan and Brody this week at a park near their home.  I'm positive these two adorable boys keep mama busy!  They are such cuties with their long eye lashes and sweet smiles.  Kalan told me all about the zoo and his favorite animals while Brody tried his hardest to get close to the pond.  Here's a peek at our shoot!

Carrie & Jesse {5.21.11}

Congratulations Mr and Mrs Colburn!  You had such a beautiful and fun wedding day and I felt so blessed to be there to capture it.  The weather was perfect, I absolutely LOVED the flowers, the dresses and the shoes!  Carrie had these beautiful "something blue" shoes that were perfect!  I hope you enjoy your preview!

Davis

Mr Davis came into the studio for his 6 month shoot.  He was such a good little sitter grabbing his toes and just kept looking at me like "what are you gonna do next lady?"  I have to say I LOVED his outfit...especially the little hat!  Thanks for coming in!

Sweet Nora {Newborn}

Look at this little ball of sweetness that came into the studio today!  I couldn't help but blog a few right away!  I love her sweet little face and she was such a sleeper!  It's such a joy seeing my wedding couples come back with their babies!!!  This mama's gonna be busy as Nora's older brother isn't quite two yet!  Luck was on my side today as this only one we got like this...he was outta there! Enjoy your sweet little one!

James and Nadia Tie the Knot {05.07.11}

I cannot begin to explain what a perfect day it was this Saturday.  The weather was gorgeous, the bride was stunning, the groom looked dapper, the wedding party was a blast and the venues were picture perfect!  What a great way for me to kick off wedding season 2011!  Here's a little sneak peek for the couple:

Mara {6 months}

I didn't realize I had photographed so many newborns so soon after Miles was born, but here is Miss Mara's 6 month shoot!  It seems like yesterday we were doing her newborn shoot!  Her and her big sister did such a great job and they are SO sweet...here's a peek:

Charlie {7 months}

It has been 7 months already since little Charlie came in for his first photo shoot and I can't believe how big he's gotten!  He is a mover too...after the initial curiousness about me wore off (which took about 1 minute) he was outta there!

Brooke & Steve

What an adorable and fun couple!  I really enjoyed spending last Sunday afternoon with these two at Elmwood Park.  It was a BUSY day at the park, but we were able to navigate our way around the park even using some non-traditional backdrops ;) 

 



Machaela & Brian

These two are planning a fall 2011 wedding and with their crazy schedules I'm so excited we were able to get these done when we did.  I had so much fun getting to know these two and what they are like together....it's one of the best things about an engagement session for me!
